These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of cuwindowwash.com and the window cleaning services provided by Noah Green, a sole proprietorship owned by Noah Green (“we,” “our,” or “us”), serving Champaign County, Illinois. By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these Terms.

Noah Green is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Noah Green. We provide residential and commercial window cleaning by appointment in Champaign, Urbana, Savoy, Mahomet, St. Joseph, Monticello, and the surrounding area. Our services
We provide window cleaning services that may include interior and exterior glass cleaning, screen cleaning, track and sill cleaning, and hard water stain treatment, as described and agreed upon for your specific job. The exact scope of work is the scope we confirm with you before service.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us and, where applicable, what we observe at your property. A quote is an estimate. If conditions differ significantly from what was described, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding. Quotes may expire after a reasonable period.
Scheduling, cancellations, and access
- Service is by appointment. We will confirm a date and time that works for you.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can adjust the schedule.
- You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the windows to be cleaned. If we cannot safely access the work, we may need to reschedule or adjust the scope.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless we arrange otherwise in writing. We will tell you accepted payment methods when we confirm your service.
Satisfaction
We take pride in detail-oriented work. If something about the finished cleaning is not right, let us know promptly and we will work with you to make it right.
Property and reasonable care
We take reasonable care while working in and around your property. You agree to inform us of any fragile, damaged, or unusual windows, fixtures, or conditions before we begin so we can work safely. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or conditions, such as cracked or compromised glass, failed seals, deteriorated frames, or scratches that existed before our visit.
SMS text messaging terms
If you choose to opt in to text messages from Noah Green, the following terms apply to our text messaging program:
- How you opt in. You opt in by visiting cuwindowwash.com/contact, filling out the form fields, and optionally checking one or both consent boxes. One box opts you in to transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and service notifications). A separate box opts you in to marketing and promotional messages (such as special offers, discounts, and seasonal service reminders). Each consent is optional and separate.
- Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
- How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message, and then you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt in again.

- Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
- Carrier liability. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- No lead sharing or affiliate marketing. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and we do not share it with third-party lead generators.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to request a quote or purchase any service from us.
